Fresno’s official general holiday chart confirms that the residential route system operates Tuesday through Friday. It does not mean every address in Fresno has the same day.

1. Verify City service. Look for City-logo carts and City solid-waste billing.

Large items before OCU: check the annual bulky appointment, paid Special Haul or upcoming Free Dump weekend instead of leaving an item illegally at the curb.

Special waste: use County HHW, the City’s used-oil program, CalRecycle or another official disposal route rather than the gray/blue/green carts.

Bill savings: if income-qualified, review Fresno’s Solid Waste Affordability Credit. If you want California Redemption Value back personally, redeem eligible containers through a certified CRV location.
